Hear me out: when it's fresh, it's even better than several other food chains. My meal was fresh today. Thank you!

The order was incorrect; we didn't receive the pickle fries or the onion rings. Additionally, the bacon lacked flavor.

Typically, when I visit Sonic and order a Sonic Blast, they're always spot on. I didn't expect ordering it for delivery would be any different. I got a small for my husband and myself—an Oreo Blast for me and a brownie one for him. However, when we received them, they were barely half full. Mine consisted of just one scoop of vanilla ice cream with some crushed Oreos sprinkled on top, while my husband's was similarly disappointing, featuring a scoop of vanilla ice cream with a few chocolate chips tossed on top and only one small piece of brownie inside. Just because the order was placed through DoorDash doesn't mean it should be done poorly.

Gracie truly represents outstanding customer service, showcasing a refreshing and genuine professionalism. Despite the hectic dinner rush, she remained exceptionally polite and composed, all while being impressively swift. Thank you for all your assistance!

I was the only customer when I placed my order, yet it still took more than five minutes for my food to arrive. I did tip the carhop because she was nice, but she never returned to check on me. The order was accurate, fresh, and hot. The boom box deal is fantastic and worth the $5. I had the cheeseburger and the Chicago dog, and I loved the peppers and pickles on the dog. Their cranberry sweet tea is definitely the best drink they have. The bathroom was clean, but they had a generic latch lock on the door instead of repairing the door handle.
