Ruby Tuesdays - Suffolk

This was my first time at this restaurant and I ordered their ribfest. I was not disappointed. The ribs were tender and tasty, falling off the bone, and the sauce was delicious. I also ordered a combo which included crispy shrimp that were delicate on the inside. I enjoyed a berry lemonade, although it was a bit too tart for my taste. The waitress provided great service. The restaurant itself could use a good cleaning, with the windows, walls, and overall atmosphere needing a refresh. Despite this, the food was good. The restaurant has its own parking area with shopping nearby on the other side.

This review is specifically for server Reese, highlighting her exceptional attitude. We had a large party and Reese primarily served our group without any additional assistance, which would have been helpful, especially with our drink orders. Despite some delays in service, Reese worked hard to maintain a pleasant demeanor and a smile on her face. Although the evening was not perfect due to the lack of support, Reese's positive attitude stood out. The restaurant was not very busy and we were dining during off-peak hours, so it would have been appreciated if more assistance was provided. Despite the air conditioning not working properly, Reese remained pleasant and did her best to ensure a positive experience for our group. Her dedication and hard work deserve recognition, and I hope she is rewarded accordingly by her employer. Give this young lady a raise as she truly deserves it, especially considering that most companies require tips to be shared among staff members. Overall, I give this place a 5-star rating primarily because of Reese's exceptional attitude and mentality.

It took thirty minutes to receive our sampler appetizer, and when it finally arrived, the cheese sticks were completely hollowed out from being boiled over. The salad bar was missing, with the remaining salad sitting in two inches of water and looking rusty. The baby spinach was wilted, and all the other salads looked unappetizing.

2 waiters, 1 cook. sells us queso without enough chips and could not do any other chips because they are underused. salatbar lacked many objects that were not refilled. service forever. I'm waiting for dinner. it's not her fault, it's damned. they need to get a management here or it'll go downhill quickly. update. garnelen pene pasta was disgusting and the grilled chicken sandwich was meh. I recommend nothing but an salate. if they've put it on the ground.

This restaurant always seems to be slow when I go pass it. I stopped in to have brunch with a friend, around opening time about 11a.m The servers and staff we could see were friendly and greeted us. We were seated immediately and very soon after our drinks and appetizers were served. The tables were clean and our seat in a booth was comfy. My meal was yummy! Our server, Jan, was very attentive. In all we had a great experience .
