Cold Stone Creamery - Suffolk

On a date night and At 10:30pm the customer Service was so warm &inviting Thank you it means so much when the service provider is polite and milk&honey ice cream was delicious

I'm currently in line, and there are four staff members in the store, but only one is handling customer service at the front. The line stretches all the way to the door, and I genuinely feel for the employee managing it all. That said, the ice cream was absolutely fantastic!

We went to Cold Stone this evening and were greeted with a warm welcome. Our ice cream experience was amazing, and we’re looking forward to returning soon!

Aiden did an outstanding job. It was clear that he was feeling overwhelmed by the situation. The line was very long, and he was managing all the orders on his own while the woman in the back was occupied with cleaning. Despite the hectic environment, he remained courteous yet assertive when he had to share the unfortunate news that he could no longer accept any more orders. I'm giving five stars for Aiden's exceptional service.
