I enjoyed my overnight stay. The hotel was quiet and the customer service was excellent. I'm glad to come back!

I'm very glad we chose this hotel. I and my friend were passing through Arta last min (booked the day before) and ended a corner room. The room was beautiful with a beautiful view. Stella behind the cashier in the counter was amazing. Stella deserves an increase, not only was she very kind to explain how the early check in worked, but a mistake about my check-in after professionally checked my reservation number. Although nothing was open, Stella explains the different places to eat and how we checked, she made sure we got our free witch breakfast bag, we didn't know anything about it so that she really went out of her way to make sure we had a good stay. She also explained about the ski trails in the area, so we will be back to spend more money to see Stella and drive the trails!

I often travel from Hudson Valley to NJ and this is an iconic building from Route 17. Very accessible from 17 and 287. I was here several times... always clean. Room I stayed a little small. All rooms are over 10 floors, and there is only one glass elevator so if you are not a fan of heights- possibly not a great location. Also the parking lot is not SUPER near any entrance. The restaurant has delicious wings, and there is a ton of communal space. Due to the accessibility of the situation, we held an event in one of the conference rooms. Staff had set up things as we wanted - temperature was difficult, but very courtesy and reasonable for a COVID event

Very cool. Nice pool and gym. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Decor in the room was a bit outdated, i.e. lamps, TV, and ac unit.

Five stars! Staff was great! Room was spotless. Views were great from our room. Price was reasonable. Would highly recommend this location. We will return on our next visit to the area.
