Food was great, the operation bad, the stars are just for food.

We spent a very nice evening there, the Rumpsteak was first-class, the plaice too, and the service was friendly and attentive.

It just fits everything! Remarkable, friendly staff, honest North German cuisine (here the Schnitzel are still knocked and do not come from the TK-Truhe) and the most beautiful: Krombacher vom Hahn. We are looking forward to the next visit.

Unfortunately, staff changes are not pleasant. It's hard to get trained personnel, that's clear, but they should take such a job. also the quality of food is very fluctuating, which leads to everyone here visiting a good or bad experience. They're all kind, that's so in the north.

There were only 4 tables and the waitress overwhelmed with 4 tables. We waited an hour for a flute. As an owner, I would rather spend a euro more and hire appropriate staff...
