Bidrage med feedbackDuring a conference break, we stopped by for a drink and snack. Our drinks arrived as we were browsing the menu, but after ordering sandwiches, we waited over 30 minutes with no sign of food. We eventually decided to cancel our order. With other food options like McDonald's nearby, it was frustrating to wait for nothing. Despite there being only 5 guests and 2 servers, it was puzzling why our food never came. Next time, we'll choose to walk somewhere for food instead.
My wife and I dined at this restaurant located in the Holiday Inn after work in early October 2015. We had previously enjoyed a meal at the Four Corners Restaurant, which is also in the same hotel, about 10 months ago. We had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. Upon arrival, we were handed menus at the entrance and were left waiting without any greeting from the staff. Eventually, a waitress came to take our order, although she seemed disorganized and forgetful. The cafe was empty, and our food arrived quickly, indicating that it was likely not freshly prepared. The burgers we ordered were bland and served with minimal condiments. The waitress did not check on us during our meal, and overall, the experience was disappointing. We will not be returning to this restaurant and have concerns about the quality of food in the other restaurant in the hotel as well.
At a restaurant with plenty of available tables, the staff attempted to seat our group of five at a small table meant for four, situated right beside the restrooms.
The 14oz bone in ribeye was really good seasoned but they didn't get the medium rare correct it was more medium.
My wife and I ate at this restaurant, which is located in the Holiday Inn, after work in early October 2015. We had been to the other, more upscale restaurant (Four Corners Restaurant) located in the same hotel about 10 months ago and had an enjoyaqble experience. We thought this might be the same, but it wasn't.We stood at the entrance and were given menus to look at before deciding to go in for a meal. People were behind the bar but made no attempt to welcome us into the cafe, even though they saw that we had finished looking at the menu. The waitress finally returned; we thought that the food would be compareable to our previous experience and decided to give it a try. The cafe was quiet (just us as diners), and the waitress seemed flustered--she could not remember the specials of the day, and she could not initially locate the note book in which she wrote the special down. We ordered a few drinks and burgers. The back door to the kitchen was open and it appeared that the waitress may have prepared the dinner herself (although I cannot say this for a fact). The burgers were served within five minutes, and were obvioulsy not made fresh. They were bland in taste, and served with small containers of condiments. Once we were served, the waitress did not come back to the table to see if we needed anything, or ask how the meal was. until we were finished. It was a poor experience and we will not return to this restaurant. When we go out to eat we expect the food to be prepared fresh--not warmed up as was oviuosly done in this case. We may return to the other restaurant in the hotel, but we now wonder about the kitchen staff and preparation of the meals there as well.
