Red Rooster - SUCCESS

I am extremely dissatisfied with my family's order from this restaurant. We waited in line for 10 minutes only to receive cold, stale, and soggy chips. I will not be returning to Cockburn Gateway Red Rooster. I am very disappointed and would give this place zero stars if possible. The service was for takeout, the meal was for dinner, and the price per person was A$20-40. I rate the food a 1 out of 5.

You sit in line at this place for so long, you begin to think maybe it’s fresh and they’ve taken some pride in their food. The food is yuck! Stale chips, one stale chicken tender in the kids meal, half the chicken is just wings, no coleslaw and a flayva wrap that looks like it was thrown in the floor 3hrs ago. Absolutely disgusting. Told them the food was for a pregnant person and to make the chicken extra hot. Asked to change the sauce. They repeated the order back and did not give a toss about actually fulfilling the order. We are frequent customers at this restaurant, but they consistently make errors with our orders. It is frustrating to have to go back to the store every time to correct the mistakes. The staff should take more pride in their appearance, as it can directly affect their work ethic and performance. Overall, the food is good with a rating of 4, but the service is lacking with a rating of 1. The atmosphere is decent with a rating of 2.
