Grill'd Cockburn Central - SUCCESS

The staff are always very pleasant and friendly in here and the food always arrives quickly. Burgers are tasty and the rosemary hot chips are great with a side of sweet chilli mayo. Always a good feed.

Arrived quite late looking for a meal after a show nearby and although the place was empty and you coild see they were packing up staff were more than happy to accommodate us.

There is nothing that I disliked about this Restaurant. The ambience was great, but not over the top. The Staff all had a good "can-do" attitude - except for one young lady who was more concerned with her mobile phone! The person taking the "order" was helpful even tho' he was under the pump. The food arrived in a timely manner. Even tho' the place was well attended, we were a large group and were accommodated very quickly. The only real fault I had was the person more interested in her phone - Staff were under the pump, she should have contributed to the work load.Note to Management: Either take mobile phones off Staff OR get people who will do the job that they are paid to do!

Terrific burger place. Staff friendly and very fast with delivering your food. Ordered steak burger, chicken burger and beef burger. Just delicious!!!

Went there tonight for dinner with a friend. Was told "we have no lettuce". Hmm. Okay. Not a problem. Burgers arrive with mesclun for which we are charged $2 extra. Why!! We didn't asked for it.Restaurant rip off taken to a new level.I have enjoyed this place until now. Will not return on principal. Just wrong in so many ways.
