Excellent food and a sensationally compiled and commented wine tour of extremely competent and accommodating service

Very original. Fine. Selection of local wines and of great quality.

Citizen, classic ambience. Very friendly and attentive service, not stiff or lifted. We had the small menu with matching wine tasting. Amuse ule, appetizer and dessert were top, the wines served were excellent and were perfectly explained by the service. The main dish, however, the traditional rust roast could not completely convince. The supplements and the presentation were good, but the meat was simply too strong despite “dry aged” quality. I don’t want to imagine how it would have been if I had ordered it not medium but typical Swabian “through”. So there is definitely a need for action, even if this was declared so desired. It wasn't our taste. All in all but a very pleasant evening and we will come back, but then try the more unusual multi-course menues.

It was like always everything mega from the kitchen to the service all a “dream”. Always happy
