One of my top Timmies in Sudbury clean and friendly services great for a coffee break or lunch

I went through drive through. Staff was great. The food was ok. Just croissant left that I wanted.Vegetarian options: I wanted a egg croissant with cheese tomato and lettuce. I 'm told I have to order that as an Egg BELT BELT the B in Belt stands for BACON as a vegetarian I 'm not happy ordering something that has Bacon in the name. Even by saying EGG first it 's supposed to imply no meat. My logical brain gets irritated when I 'm forced to ignore simple logic and not just order an egg sandwich with cheese, lettuce and tomato. No ICK factor having to include even the THOUGHT of bacon in my vegetarian breakfast. I very rarely get breakfast at Tim 's because of that. That day I had no time and needed protein. I also can 't seem to order a simple veggie sandwich at Tim 's anymore. I tried to order a veggie sandwich and was told they don 't sell those any more.I asked Do you have buns Yes Do you have butter and mayonnaise Yes Do you have cheese Yes Do you have lettuce and tomato? Yes. Great put those all together and I 'll meet you at the next window. Is it really too much trouble to leave veggie sandwich on the menu so some of your less intelligent staff stop sending vegetarians away with no sandwich. I 'm just saying....

Asked for simple iced coffee with chocolate syrup and less ice. They had one ready for some other customer or made by mistake and gave it to me and then when i reminded them i wanted less ice and gave it back the employee started getting mad like i just made it… i have been here ample of times this is the first time happened. Hopefully u have a trained staff to appreciate customer who walks in and not get mad just for a small request made by customer.

Not the friendliest bunch. They don't let you use the washroom even as a paying customer.

You know, I see a lot of negative reviews here. But this Timmy 's is batting a lot higher than the average location, and the reason is this: if you order a double toasted, double buttered sesame seed bagel, you 'll get it. So much butter. So toasted, it 's in the realm of burned but not quite. So, regardless of what you all might say, this Timmy 's knows how to prepare an 'A spec ' bagel.End of story. 10/10. Will continue to have my bagels toasted and buttered at this location only.
