Arby's - Sturtevant

Probably the best and freshest Arby’s beef n cheddar I’ve had at an Arby’s in years. The bun tasted like it was right out of the oven. The beef was tender and perfectly done and the blend of cheese and sauce were perfect. The staff was also nice and friendly. The sandwich was incredible. Just loved itWheelchair accessibility: Easy

I was humiliated the moment we walked in the door.My grown son and I ordered an online special. It clearly was one per customer and being grown adults we had separate phones and Arby's apps.The food was not ready for pickup. I also heard a worker referring that the people trying to scam the system were here. Then out came the manager to finish politely informing us about our ignorance.The app would never allow someone to use the special twice. I let him in on how the process works and he then decided to look at the receipts. They had different names and phone numbers.They then decided to make our order.We received a voicemail from the area manager asking for a call back. We left her two messages and never a call back.I see today the location is closed for renovation. I hope that includes the uneducated staff members inside.

The staff was very nice and pleasant. Went through the Drive Thru. We decided to start going there.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Staff talks to customers extremely rudely and management could care less. They will argue with you and deny your food is cold and old instead of fixing it.

I ordered a Meat Mountain sandwich with curly fries and a root beer! Delicious.
