4 Seasons Resturant Catering

Hard to know where to start on this honestly. Got an order through Doordash (great service, right on time) for 4 people but our order was all messed up. The soup we received was ice cold as if they just threw it in a container without cooking it. There were no crackers, packets of ketchup, napkins or silverware provided. Then there is the cooked food...The beer cheese burger i got was overcooked and for that matter i'm not even sure it had beer cheese on it. There was some form of cheese on it but it certainly looked like slice cheese and had no discernible flavor. If there was sauteed onions i could not taste any either. From what i can tell the blue cheese burger a coworker got had maybe 2-3 little pieces of cheese on it so again very little flavor and not really what you would expect. The tots you get with the burgers etc. were very confusing. They were cooked right meaning they had a nice crisp but they were spicy for some reason. I can only assume someone went very heavy handed on the pepper to the point it actually left a bad taste in your mouth. Most of us honestly just threw them away they were so bad. On the bright side (if seasoned right) you do get a good amount of them. This was our first time ordering from here and we all agreed we will not go back. If there was a mistake here and there OK but there simply was not a good thing about the order. I could see the place working as a catering service where honestly the flavors are secondary when slinging out large portion servings of basic food items. As a restaurant however i cannot see the place staying in business long

Not good! Ordered a burger and a chicken philly, both were lacking flavor. Burger was a mess, the chicken strips weren’t breaded, just covered in a sauce that was almost sweet, not a buffalo sauce as stated. Fries again had a sweet flavor, not mentioned in menu. And the carry out containers had a funky smell. My husband and I couldn’t even get halfway through. I wouldn’t recommend or go back.
