Terrible place!! Dirty,bathrooms NOT maintained!! Enter at own RISK! MOST OF ALL, BETTER KNOW HOW TO PARK YOUR SEMI!!

We paid for showers and noticed that we were seventh in line, but after 30 minutes, there were suddenly 18 people ahead of us and no numbers had been called. When I checked in the shower area, I found that only three showers were occupied. I understand that staffing can be an issue, but it would be helpful if drivers were given a heads-up. Many of us can't afford to wait three hours for a shower.

The Pilot store 222 in Massachusetts is fantastic! My brother and I are logistics drivers and stopped by for a shower. From the moment we interacted with the first associate, our experience at this store was the best we've had! The young man who sold us the shower used was very knowledgeable about the rewards program and the store itself. The facility, including the shower areas, was clean, modern, and made us feel safe and welcomed. Amanda was incredibly hospitable and made us feel like valued guests in her store. A big thank you to the team at store 222—my brother and I truly appreciate you!

I stopped by for lunch on my way home from work, and my coworkers had raved about the chicken wings. They were absolutely right! The spicy wings were fantastic and perfectly sized. At just over a dollar each, they’re definitely worth it. Plus, the potato wedges were outstanding as well.
