Burger King - STURBRIDGE

I go here on occasion and the last two times, they have messed up my order. Last time, they melted cheese all over the impossible burger. This time, they put on mayo. I am ALLERGIC TO DAIRY! This is incredibly frustrating. For such an expensive fast food burger, it would be nice if it were made correctly. I should have checked before I left.Vegetarian options: The options for vegetarians and vegans are yummy, when they can make the order correctly. It’s about a 50/50 chance.

Drive through- food was good. They forgot our chicken nuggets, so I went inside. Giving the atmosphere 4 stars because the drive through person was wicked nice.

Wrong Food from what I ordered. Went thru drive thru, but I still had to wait in the parking lot. Left when it came out trying to stay on schedule. Food cold and bacon was undercooked. All set with BK.

Last couple trips have been really bad.We waited nearly 20 minutes inside to have our order taken because of an unruly customer and there was no one else I guess to take orders.Trip last weekend I waited in parking lot nearly 15 minutes after the order for a bacon cheeseburger and cheese tots just to get an ice cold burger.Close to not going at all anymore. Has been really bad as of late
