Sweetgreen - STUDIO CITY

Love a quick and easy option for a healthy meal. I just wish it were always easy. I’ve frequently had issues with the online ordering here. One in four orders will be missing an item or dressing so I find myself triple checking everything before I return home.It’s a bummer because the food is tasty, and the team is so friendly and nice to the guests. I wish there was an easy fix, but recently I was missing an entire entree. Hopefully they can tighten up.

They're always busy but the staff is fast and efficient! I've been going to this location for a whole year already and I'm always impressed by Josh and Elliot! They're always multi tasking like a boss and making sure that food quality and customer service is A !! all while they make everyone feel special! Julia and Jackie are my GIRLS! They're soo informative and kind! They will patiently answer every single question about every item!I smile my biggest smile when I see Julio, Danny and Morena because they always wave and greet me and make me feel like they're actually happy to see me! Sometimes I wish they wouldn't be so fast at making my salad so I could talk to them longer!! ALSO, Casey and Michael are so cute and funny I just cant help but admire their charms while i wait in line!! i've never had so much fun ordering A SALAD! Good music and good vibes all around!!!! also SUPER CLEAN lobby ALWAYS! I love it here.

Super delicious, super healthy easy, very friendly and helpful service, nice, clean and cool, love to come here for lunch, five stars and my recommendations

Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love Sweetgreen. (Even before moving out to L.A as we had some locations in the midwest) However, this specific location is kind of lacking. The bowls don’t seem to be filled enough for it to be worth the astronomical price, even if it is completely fresh so to speak. The protein portion is very small! The service is really friendly though, so I have to give them that.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. Elie is amazing! He is so kind, respectful, and patient. He provided exceptional customer service and made my dining experience enjoyable and one-of-a-kind. Even though I don't live nearby, I would choose to come to this restaurant over any other. Thank you, Elie!
