The Roasted Record Coffee And Vinyl

At this point, I was frustrated but not yet ready to leave a one-star review. That came later—30 minutes after ordering, our avocados still hadn’t arrived. When they finally did show up, the plate was filled with wilted lettuce and two hard avocados that were impossible to cut. I felt like I was trying to slice into a seed! Sadly, they were just inedible. We had already finished our lattes and were left waiting for these avocados that we couldn’t eat. When we returned the uneaten plate to the counter, I was asked, “How was your latte?” with no mention of the untouched food we were bringing back. I replied that it was better than the coffee, and we decided to leave. I wasted over 30 minutes in this place, paying for a terrible coffee that I didn’t drink and for avocados that were completely inedible. To make matters worse, I tipped 30%, thinking I was supporting good service, unaware of the staff's incompetence and the poor quality of the food. I usually try to be understanding about service quality, especially in light of staffing shortages and rising costs. I don’t expect perfection, but there were many opportunities to address our concerns that went completely ignored. Customers can be reasonable if you communicate and try to accommodate them. So, my advice? Stay away from this place at all costs.

This lovely coffee shop has been one of my favorites for years. I recently sampled a breakfast dish for the first time, and I was thoroughly impressed! The Big Haas consists of a toasted everything bagel piled high with fresh smashed avocado, a hard-boiled egg, feta cheese, crumbled bacon, and cherry tomatoes, all finished off with a drizzle of sriracha. It was simply fantastic! Food: 5/5

This is a wonderful place to relax. The ambiance is very welcoming, and the coffee is top-notch. I would give the food a perfect score of 5 out of 5!

Vanilla Latte is really solid! Better ingredients equal better product! The vanilla flavor is made in house and doesn’t have that cheap artificial taste. The milk is better than most places as well. Coffee so good even a 2 year old loves it.Food: 4/5

Wow! Had an incredible light roast Colombian pour over AND a smooth delicious Ethiopian espresso. This is my absolute favorite coffee shop!
