Dunkin' - Stuart

It's a Dunkin. What needs to be said? I will say that they are very polite, very fast, and their food and coffee are a notch above other Dunkins in the area.

Make sure not to have an outrageous request as a customer. Unfortunately received a cup of water when I had ordered a bottle. When I asked if I could purchase a bottle I was told no, you ordered a cup. Was further told if I wanted a bottle I?d have todrive back around and order again. They then closed the window on me. The customer service at the store is usually subpar butthis was over the top.

I 've been going to this location now for 6 yrs. When I order my iced coffee I order it the same way everytime. It always comes out the same way for the most part. Except tonight. I always order it without ice as I use it the next day for work and don 'twant it watered down. The ice does NOT change the taste by any means. I get home, taste it there 's NO flavor at all. Justcoffee. So when I drive all the way back there She tells me 'well, you ordered it that way... that 's cause the ice makes theswirl taste better I know this cause I work here soooo '. Then She lied to me with a whole lot of attitude. Smug. If themanager is going to allow this kind of behavior I will drive another 4-5 miles to the other DD give them my business. Thisyoung lady needs to learn to respect the customer, They make your pay check. Only girl I 've had an issue with in 6 yrs. Veryunprofessional.

I come here almost everyday!! spend 15-30$ on food and coffee , within my family , every morning I come here , this young lady Viviana is in the drive through , not sure if she has a twin sister but they BOTH are always very unprofessional slamming thewindow , when all I asked about was a few ketchup packets , she got the nastiest attitude with me. Working in customer serviceat this point of year is HARD, I understand that but to be rude when your tending to people is. Poooor excuse.
