Tipputs Inn - Stroud

The online booking process was a bit chaotic, but ultimately it worked out. There was plenty of parking available, but as I entered the pub, I noticed that the decor felt somewhat outdated, even though the atmosphere was lively. The staff were friendly, and the service was quite prompt. The food was outstanding and beautifully presented, with an excellent Sunday menu.

We had a Sunday roast and were pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was—possibly one of the best we've ever had! As food enthusiasts who are always on the hunt for the best dining experiences, this could definitely be one of our favorites!

Although we had made a reservation, our table was already occupied by other customers. After some discussion, we were offered a small alternative table in a corner that barely accommodated four people. Despite this setback, we decided to leave and ended up having an excellent meal at the Old Lodge in Minchinhampton, which was just a 10-minute drive further along our journey.

First time to dine here. Went mid week which was not too busy. The restraunt was closed, but we still enjoyed being in the main bar to eat our delicious meal. My husband was especially happt to find liver and onions on the menu!! Shall definitely go again
