First of all entering the restaurant, you had to push the door with force which would be a struggle for someone in a wheelchair. When greeted upon entry, the staff didn’t welcome you in with happiness and was like miserable. The atmosphere was dull with no music like the other lounges I’ve been too. When our food arrived we asked for some ketchup and they gave us it in a plastic tomato which looked like it had been there for years. Whilst eating our food, two of the staff were stood staring at us and walking past continuously staring. The food was sub par and been left to lose heat for some minutes. Going to the toilet, needed a flashlight to go and wasn’t cleaned properly (Needs sorting out/ H&S risk)!! Staff need to buckle up on customer service skills and look like they enjoy their job and want to work there. I’ll not be returning to this poorly ran establishment!
