Brewers Fayre Old Nelson - Stroud

The experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. I ordered my steak rare, but it came out well done. I had to ask for a refund.

We absolutely adore Nelson's restaurant and frequently visit with my wife.

I stopped by Nelson's for a quick snack and was not impressed. The young person at the till had to ask for help four times while the other staff stood around talking. When my food arrived, the chips were burnt so I asked for an exchange, which they did without any issue. However, the peas were hard as bullets and the scampi looked cheap. I won't be returning to this restaurant.

Food nice ...staff attentive but im afraid i have to speak as i find... toilets are vile,always smell...need updating then this place would be a pleasure...other dining room needs updating looks old and tired. sorry!

Grubby chaotic.As it’s on a variety of levels it’s difficult for navigate easily between the tables with one occasionally 2 steps to navigate between bar to order food,cutlery service area tables. The ramp access to the front entrance is partially blocked by a bench table there is a step immediately inside into a dining area, extremely difficult with a wheelchair or buggy. Best avoided.
