Fiesta Cozumel Mexican Grill Cantina

Everything is super fresh and the owner seems really nice. Highlight of our day, and a pleasant surprise on our road trip.

Amazing beef chimi!!! A creamy delight. Hard to find good Mexican food on the road. This tasted like they make back home in AZ, and it's a great price! ??

The taco shells were from a box, not fresh. The tortillas from the burrito felt like you were chewing gum. The beans tasted on the burnt side with water mixed in. The rice had no flavor. The chicken in the tacos was super dry. The only thing that was edible was the chips and salsa. As I am writing this review my daughter is sitting in the backseat puking her guts out after eating a few bites of the shrimp salad.

I greatly enjoy stopping here to eat when I'm in Stroud. I like many of their dishes. I like getting their grilled veggies as a side and adding sautéed mushrooms to my fajitas (when I order fajitas). They have great queso, but i think there may be too many onions in their guacamole. This is just my opinion, though. Everyone has different taste buds. Yummy food at an affordable price. They have friendly and attentive staff, which is a major plus for me.
