Chili's Grill - Stroud

The hostess seemed very fled with a attitude, but did nothing. many tables had things on them and they had no one to clean them. I understand they were probably short-time employees. our waitress was pleasant, but she immediately took care of 8 tables between ordering, cleaning and eating. they had to get the manager. also it was good to eat.

Worst dining experience ever!! Waited 40 minutes just to get a drink water and soda to the table. It's run by a bunch of teenagers who clearly do not know what they are doing. Best to avoid this place!!

Our experience was not great. We arrived at 4:15 on Saturday afternoon told there would be a 15 minute wait. That was fine. Our order was taken but then the hour long wait for a half rack of baby back ribs and a 10 oz. Sirloin. We didn't get appetizers and because the show we were going to opened at 6 pm we had no time for dessert. Disappointed.

Food was good and waitresses were very kind and friendly. But due to their understaffed issue, the service was slow and it took nearly and hour and a half to the get our food. Waiters need some slack, they're stressed about customers getting upset over the slow service. Expect to wait a good while for your food if you come here

I’m pretty disgusted right now. It makes me sick that you guys fired an employee for her accepting a 90$ tip. You also accused her of theft. I understand you have certain rules and procedures but the customer wanted the full $90 to go to the employee. This employee, aka ex-employee, is HOMELESS. You fired a homeless, good worker who accepted money that was HERS. I will never be visiting this location again. It’s cold outside and she’s homeless. This is a horrible excuse to fire somebody. If you delete this review, I will be making a Tik Tok exposing this company’s location. Do not try me.
