Starbucks - Strongsville

I didn't go so often, I love her latte. The store that's closest to me opens and closes and I won't drive 10 miles for a latte. I don't know why they didn't interview and train people. The staff were friendly and I had to know. I'm going to Avon or N. Olmsted but only when I have things to do there.

You never disappoint! I order from here every day before work, and my drink is always fantastic. I keep telling myself you must be doing something special because you definitely deserve a raise. Thank you!

The staff is incredibly friendly, and it really lifts your spirits when they take the time to do those little things that brighten your day. The only reason I'm giving this a 4-star rating instead of 5 is that they often don't open the second register during peak hours, which can lead to long waits of around 20 minutes. However, that can be a nice excuse to take a break from work during a Starbucks run.

The staff here is always fantastic—ready to fix your drink if there's a mistake or if it's just not to your liking. However, it's disappointing when they accept transfers. The quality of the beverages seems to suffer compared to the usual employees, but that’s just my observation.
