Red Lobster Strongsville

The dining experience was enjoyable, with a good noise level that allowed for conversation without having to shout. However, we found a strange piece of plastic in one of our salads, which was only noticed once we examined it closely. The server didn’t seem very attentive and didn't offer any compensation, such as a complimentary drink, which most restaurants would have done in such a situation. Because of this, our overall rating has definitely gone down.

We arrived at the restaurant with a confirmed reservation, but to our surprise, we were told it was not valid and placed on the waiting list. The host was unable to explain why reservations could be made on OpenTable if they weren't honored. When we requested to speak with a manager, he called her over. Unfortunately, the manager also couldn't provide an explanation for the situation. However, she was very pleasant and did her best to secure a table for us within 15 minutes. I understand that restaurants can have staffing issues, but this didn't affect the quality of service, which turned out to be excellent. I believe Red Lobster should reconsider their partnership with OpenTable, as there were others in the lobby experiencing the same issue with their reservations.

It was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was fantastic, and it felt like we were the only ones there.

The load was very well occupied and everyone was very friendly. eating was also very good. great job!

It was wonderfully prepared. We enjoyed our lobster and crab legs. The server was prompt and attentive. Looking forward to returning
