Mcdonald's - Strongsville

Waited 7 mins for a Big Mac and fries at 5pm on a Thursday. Got my food and the fries were cold. When I saw cold I was like they cooked the fries and then placed them on a fridge for 5 minutes prior to serving me . Just a terrible fast food experience. McDonald’s is the icon of fast food I believe the world expects the food come out fast hot and terrible for our health. But in this case you failed on every lvl. The food took forever making me wait around the building for someone to run the food out and again cold as can be.

Used the kiosk for the first time and didn't like it. Don't know if they were too busy to read what l ordered or that they were short on employees. Too many components just to order 3 things. Next time I'll go up to the counter. Customers in the drive-thru got their meal before l did and I waited for 10 minutes. My friend that was with me order at the counter and got their meal and we sat down to eat and my meal came AFTER my friend finished their meal.They need to be more conscience of their customers.

The food in the drive thru is much better than what you get inside. have experienced this many times. I have enjoyed McDonald's coffee for many years. Now I just want to not drink it. Obviously it was in a pump device. (full of bubbles) I'm not sure if it wasn't decaf for all I know. Where does mgmt and district supervisors go for coffee? lol.
