Master Pizza - Strongsville

I had a large chicken bacon ranch sandwich and cheese sticks. The food was excellent overall, and I will definitely eat here again!

Interestingly, I've noticed that while the owner responds to positive reviews, they tend to ignore negative feedback. However, upper management reached out to me after my experience and informed me that the manager had been fired due to multiple complaints over that weekend. They offered me a service credit for my next order and some pizza points for free pizzas as a gesture of goodwill. They really went above and beyond to make things right, so I’m happy to change my rating to 5 stars now.

I had a great experience ordering pizza for lunch. The service was quick and friendly, and the quality of the food was excellent. I highly recommend giving Master Pizza a try!

The location I used was not a restaurant so I gave atmosphere a 4. Pizza was ready when promised, staff was friendly and professional. And the pizza was excellent.
