Dunkin' - Strongsville

Out of the several times I?ve been to this location, I?ve only experienced kind, friendly, efficient service once. I typically come for coffee and donuts and the person at drive through always seems a tad rude and their is a long line most times. My realissue, is on several occasions I?ve called just to place an order, speak to manager, or ask general questions and the phonecontinues to ring. I understand being busy but what I don?t understand is why the phone is never answered. I need for managementto do better across the board.

There were no donuts available at 8:10 PM, which I assume is due to the pandemic. The staff were friendly, though. We did manage to try 2 macchiatos, and they were quite good. I would like to return and try some food next time. See you then!

Dining here is usually enjoyable, but they really need to address the issue with their app offers not processing correctly. I've been here three times, and each time the cashier assured me that the discount would apply, yet I ended up paying the same amount as before they scanned the app barcode. Once I did receive a refund, but another time I was in a rush and couldn't wait for a resolution. I haven’t encountered this issue at other places.

Absolutely the best coffee I've ever had! It was the perfect blend of ice, coffee, and sweetness. I ordered a large iced caramel coffee with three sugars and three creams, and it was just perfect. I can't thank Dunkin' Donuts enough for their amazing and affordable coffee—I'm a huge fan!
