Bidrage med feedbackWho's bright idea was to change the check out? Horrible, confusing system. I want to see the bagels, talk w the person making my sandwich. I'm at the check out and have to decide which mix of bagels I want, but I CAN'T SEE THEM in their basket to know what's available. Could use more staff
Bruegger's has been my go-to quick breakfast option in my local area for quite some time now. They had some issues with their app in the past, but now it works well for ordering ahead of time and often had a free coffee with purchase promotion in it. They make great bagels here, but it's their bagel sandwiches that really stand out. Their new Vermonter is an incredibly delicious blend of salty, savory, and sweet and I highly recommend it! Sometimes they run behind on mobile to-go orders, but management's customer service is great and they'll give you free food or coupons if you have to wait too long. Inside isn't anything special so I wouldn't recommend dining in.
They more experienced employees so this way we don’t have to wait over 40 mins for couple of bagels, and we go back to our business.
I hadn’t been here in a while, and stopped for a quick bite to go, on my way to an event. There were a few people in line, and at least 5 employees behind the counter. When I got to the counter, I was greeted with “What do you want?” I ordered the farmhouse and half a dozen bagels (3 plain and 3 blueberry), and a tub of cream cheese. When I got to the order fulfillment counter, I was told they were out of plain and had only 1 blueberry left. No word on when more might be coming out. I had to choose other flavors that were second or even third choices. I wasn’t given the option to get the bagels sliced, but once I saw how they were sliced, I was glad I didn’t ask for sliced. Not one bagel I saw was sliced evenly all were on a diagonal or with very thin bottom and very thick tops. My sandwich ingredients were just sort of thrown on. Additionally, there wasn’t a plastic, disposable knife to be seen anywhere, and I wasn’t offered one either. Employees were too busy to ask. Bagels were hard when we had some later that day, and my sandwich wasn’t great. Completely disappointed in the overall experience. Not pleased with the food quality compared to price either. Next time I want to spend almost $20 on bagels, I’ll go elsewhere. Bruegger’s was a total waste of money and time.
The bagels are good . The sandwiches are messy . I ordered my bagel toasted but it was not . There is a wide selection of bagels The staff seem to be over worked . The cashier was polite but the guy making the sandwiches was obviously stressed because he got annoyed that I came to see the area he was working in . I’d order to go Cz the place is chaotic.
