Bies Resto Grill Lévis - St-Romuald

First time in my life that I have come to eat here and it was excellent! And to add on the same of this place my bill ended at $69 hahahha no but, what a place ?

The food was okay. Nothing special but it hit the spot. They sat us in the bar area which was again okay but not the proper setting for a couple of seniors. Been there twice and probably won't go again.

Exceptional service. Amazing food. Wonderful environment. Very clean. Our servers were sweet, as my french is atrocious, they spoke english. Made my day!

Nearly 30 minutes later, we noticed that the same impolite waiter was seating other guests on the terrace! My wife, feeling frustrated, asked him why he hadn’t come to let us know that the terrace was open after all. He responded with an arrogant demeanor and seemed quite annoyed. Furthermore, one of our group pointed out at the end of the meal that he hadn’t received the correct, more expensive glass of wine. In a condescending manner, the waiter grudgingly compensated by refunding the $2 difference—an insignificant amount, but it was the principle that mattered. The service was incredibly slow throughout the meal, but when it came time to pay, things moved quickly. It's clear that we will not return to this restaurant. I hope someone from management reads this review and addresses the need for this server to learn some politeness—or consider a different line of work if he’s unhappy.

This was our first time ordering pizza, and it did not go well. Our delivery was scheduled for 8:30 p.m., but it didn't arrive until 1:00 a.m. The pizza was just thrown into the box. I do not recommend this place at all.
