Bidrage med feedbackOrdered food for office last minute due to cancellation of another caterer. Honeybaked Ham came through in a moment's notice. The manager, Ms. Reese, called about the order to confirm. They did an outstanding job. Could not be happier with the quality of food and the service. Even followed up after the order was delivered. Highly recommend. She certainly helped me in a bad situation. I would try to give them time on orders and grace but in this situation they were outstanding.
Sadly this is the worst location in Alabama. Everytime you go to this location after 4pm or 5pm for a normal working individual getting off work for a SALAD they’re out of items, need to prep pickled onions and etc… no spring mix, no cheese, It’s sad that I can only have a salad while in Vestavia by the office or must buy 2 and bring it home but don’t have the luxury of stopping at the one 4.7 miles from my home to get a fresh salad. I wouldn’t make this review except this has happened 3 times in the past 6 mths…. Sad just sad just close this one down…….
Was very disappointed 1st time getting food from here and when we got home the ham slices we ordereld was only the the rind. We will not be back.
Honey Baked Ham Alabaster, you have truly outdone yourself. A sweet friend of mine wanted to surprise us and have food delivered to our home after we had a family member pass away a few days ago. After having some ordering difficulty through DoorDash- she called the store the store manager helped her place an order. Not only did he assist in placing the order, he took the situation into consideration as well. Nearly an hour later- the store manager himself was on my porch delivering MORE food than my friend had ordered. He offered his condolences, and delivered extra food with a gift card for the inconvenience and the situation. This is true customer service and proof of someone who loves what they do. I am so thankful for him this gesture today. We are feeding our family well tonight. Thank you Alabaster store.
I ordered a ham online for pick up on another day. I was charged $57 for a 3-4lb boneless ham. When I picked it up, I waited in the online pickup line, 1 register, as the walk-in orders had 3 registers open. Some people that came in when I did, placed their order, paid and was gone before I was. When it was my turn, they scanned the code, bagged up the ham and I was out. When I arrived home , I found I had been given a $46 ham. I should have verified before leaving the store) I trusted Honey Baked to provide what I paid for, obviously I was wrong to trust them.Terribly disappointed. I will reevaluate before my next purchase.
