This is by far the best experience I've had at Royal Farms! Carol prepares some of the most amazing food I've ever tasted; I had no idea RoFo could be this delicious. I even bypass another Royal Farms to come to this one because it's truly exceptional. The food is always fresh and perfectly cooked when Carol is in the kitchen. Jess also stands out as an employee who works diligently to keep the store clean and well-organized. It's the only place I've been where you can actually see that they take the time to clean their drink machines. Jess consistently upholds these high standards, ensuring the drinks are spotless. She does an incredible job maintaining the store, while Carol expertly runs the kitchen. Together, they make a fantastic team, and I wish other locations would take notice of their excellence. Even during peak meal times, they remain calm and handle everything efficiently. These two deserve more recognition than I can put into words. I highly recommend this location to everyone. Thank you for being the best Royal Farms around!

As a Muslim woman who wears a hijab, I visited this restaurant with my fiancé during our road trip and ordered an egg and cheese sandwich. Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to check the sandwich until we were already on the road. To my disappointment, I found that the woman who made the sandwiches had added bacon to mine, which is completely unacceptable for me. I'm frustrated that this location permits such insensitivity from its staff.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the rude staff. I placed an order for a 32-piece family platter the night before I needed it, but when I arrived to pick it up, my order wasn't ready. I was told that the post-it note with my order had fallen off the fridge, and they assumed it was canceled. They offered to make more, but there was already plenty of chicken available at the counter. I had to ask for that option instead of it being suggested to me. Overall, I was not impressed.

I visited this restaurant hoping to get some chicken. After placing my order, I waited for about 30 minutes, only for the staff member to informs me that it would take one to two hours to prepare my food. She seemed indifferent and uninterested in offering any alternatives. Instead of taking responsibility, she blamed external factors and showed no compassion for my situation. Frustrated, I requested a refund, but the cashier was equally unfriendly and offered no apology. Now, I only go to the Wawa across the street instead.

I had my best experience at Royal Farms to date! I was in need of a substantial amount of chicken quickly for a large family gathering, and they exceeded my expectations. Not only did they prepare fresh chicken for us, but they did it in record time! When we arrived, our order was almost ready, and we were even treated to complimentary drinks and a sample to ensure the chicken was up to par. The manager, Diane, was professional and friendly throughout the entire process. If you're in search of top-quality chicken from a reliable team, I highly recommend the Conowingo Royal Farms!
