Taco Bell - Streator

This is the best Taco Bell I visited (Streator, IL). Very clean interior, including the bathroom. Staff seem to be happy and enjoy their jobs. The staff are also very nice and friendly. Each order is accurate, unlike most other places. A service. The managers here do something right.

Very generous and friendly crew. Will definitely be back when in the area! We spent some time in the machine placing our order when the system crashed and we lost everything. The person at the counter did not understand why she had crashed, but was righteous and took up our order and was very friendly. She explained that some items we tried order was not actually available. When we waited for our food, some young children came in and ordered a few small items. It looked like they wanted to count their money. The person in the counter table waived their bill when he saw it.

We just went to this Taco Bell at 1:30 and the service that this guy offered in the Drive-Thru was phenomenal! I wish I had his name, but he had a horsetail goggle. He was so kind and it's not all day that you get this kind of service. We visit many farms as we travel a lot, so it is very appreciated. We'll keep an eye on this whenever we get through Streator. Thank you.

It's gotten much better. Service is super! Food is fresh! And everything is always fast!
