Bidrage med feedbackThe food was average and the service was bad, but the location was really mesmerizing. We packed our food and went to the river bank. The landscape was stunning and was great to click on photos.
I was really disappointed with our stay. First of all, there was a complete lack of customer service. I tried to change the dates of my reservation (they had availability all week) because the days I booked coincided with when the restaurant and bar were closed (Monday and Tuesday), which was one of the main reasons we chose to stay there. I never received a response. We arrived on Monday, and there was no one there to check us in. Additionally, there was no cell service, so we couldn’t call for help regarding the hotspot we were accused of running out of. There were no toiletries in the bathroom, and no staff came to assist us. All of this while the place is extremely overpriced. I recommend saving your money and staying in Long Barn instead. The only reason I gave it two stars is that it was reasonably clean and the beds were comfortable.
This restaurant truly deserves patronage; they excel with the staff they have. The food and drinks are excellent, and the desserts are absolutely amazing.
I really enjoy the atmosphere of the restaurant. However, the staff can be a bit serious at times. My kids wanted to play foosball, but we were asked to leave because the management doesn't allow guys to play there.
Paid $18.95 for a seriously overcooked burger served with zero condiments. Burger had zero taste and was borderline burnt. Fries that came with were also overcooked. The place has a nice view and friendly staff but that's not enough to overcome the food issues.
