My guests and I arrived on time no table available in fact not taking reservations seems to be a charade to satisfy Covid restrictions, not pleased

They did nott honor the reservation. They accept revelations online, but then when you get there it it is a free for all. No reservation system, long line for food and no place to sit. Why do they accept reservations if they are not actually using the system at the lodge?

The do NOT take reservations anymore so you should take them off your site. When we arrived for our table there were like 50 people in line waiting for food and a table. We thought we had a reservation!

They did not honor the reservation. Long line to get food, took almost 45 minutes. No place to sit inside or out. Expensive for mediocre food. Better to pack your lunch and save yourself the headache or time you could spend skiing or eating lunch elsewhere better.

The Chili and burgers were great. The staff was fast and friendly. There was one employee who was thoroughly cleaning something the entire time I was there. He cleaned the tables and chairs and then moved on to the windows making the view of the skiers coming down the mountain even better. They did a good job keeping customers safe during the pandemic.
