Domino's Pizza - Strathroy

I will start off by saying that the food is consistently good and the delivery drivers are always so friendly. However I am completely fed up with not receiving my dipping sauces when I pay extra for them. Every damn it happens. I ordered last night (Dec 2, 2021) and added a ranch dressing to my order and of course didn 't get it. I tried calling them FOUR times because I was going to have them bring it back since I paid for it and no one actually answered the phone but just answered then hung up. Horrible customer service.

Lack of bringing sauces/dip and has another theme of gaving me a completely different pizza than what was ordered, this has been the past four times but five times total. The last time I got them to come back because I'm getting irritated with this service, I'm a very faithful customer to dominos but the last couple months have been sad.. we literally just ordered and received our food and It just bothersome to be told they're persistent all of my order is in the boxes and once again is not. Disappointment.

I wasn't actually in the Domino's, I was in the Staples beside it, but I order from this Domino's all the time and it is decent.

Consistently good pizza and service. We typically order online for delivery, and our food is always hot and on time! When we did have an issue once, Isaac, the manager, was extremely helpful and kind.

I stop by today to get large pizza and bread bits, the girl that help me today was very helpful and friendly, good service.
