For a city of this size this is a big load. it is great enough to carry everything they need, and then some. very helpful and friendly staff. large selection of products, frozen foods, crustaceans, vitamins.

Great Store! Lots of good oraganic produce, large grocery/bulk and supplement section. Local and organic dairy available. A wide assortment of fair trade and organic teas and coffees. There's even a little pet section! Friendly and knowledgable staff!

This is a good organic grocer. They have a decent selection of organic produce, though I wish they would feature more local produce. They have a variety of products, but you won 't find some of your usuals, like vegetable oil; they don 't carry that because you can get it at the grocery store . Large selection of vitamins, supplements, etc. The prices: I find them quite high compared to most organic grocers, but they sell quality products and there 's not another place around them aside from the Farmers Market on Saturdays, which is not organic-focused.

The restaurant offers numerous vegan options, which makes sense considering they are a health food shop. Overall, they have fantastic choices, and I can also find all my cruelty-free skincare products there!

Great selection, but prices are on the high side. I don't always find their products to be the freshest, and they recently began selling in their product section. I would love to see more local items available.
