Food is nice. Helpful staff. Ambience is little old fashioned.
Hot and fresh fast food. Trying like real food, not processed like another fast food.
Service was poor as the cashier did not understand how to place my husband's order and my hot dog was cold.
When I was a little girl, we lived in Stratford CT. My mother always brought us to the Duchess. We moved, but it always remained in my head, how good the food was. I went back with my oldest son in August 22 and just recently with a friend and this place has only BETTER!!! A little expensive, but trust me, it's Worth It. N'Joy
