This has been several times since I return to the space of a year, the problem is still and always the same, lack of enacting staff or servers a bad attitude, nothing to say behind the bar but in the room and on the terrace, it is a catastrophe. I've been working in bar and restaurant for 10 years, I've never seen that. When the terrace is full, the wait is endless for a server to come to take our order, when the terrace is empty you have to enter to be served. I would have several anecdotes to describe I'm going to be content with that of the waiter who prefers to smoke his cigarette and discuss with knowledge rather than preparing or looking for our order, it would have to ask another server, so that the waiter reminds him of the order, that he crushes his cigarette and finally brings us what was ordered. really disappointed with this behavior, it's unacceptable. It's a pity this place would have to be more attractive, food is not bad and it's a good atmosphere, the big black point remains the lack of professionalism that some servers can show.
I met this restaurant at its opening. the dishes offered were original and rather well prepared. but this time what disappointment. in the yvette menu, the quiche was not fresh, heated to the micro wave. the burger of the moment with dried tomatoes and goat was cold, the steak a vulgary frozen steak and the bread completely dried. and I'm not talking about the server, totally overwhelmed with 30 minutes waiting to finally not be served at the same time and with an error in the order. After 3 revivals, we finally got the galettes, ultra fat or said by the way, instead of fries. And if you want to go to the bathroom, avoid it is a real infection with a nausea. public toilets are better maintained. One thing is certain, I'll never put my feet back.
We pass there by chance, the terrace is nice, we are looking for burgers, there are several on the map. Let's try. We've barely settled, we read the reviews on trip, it's scary, we wonder if we're doing well, especially given the comments on the wait. a little long the time to take our order, but the dishes arrive in 15min (reasonable.) good, the waitress do not really want to be there ... between the waitress who manages the terrace and who does not know how much more about what the dishes and desserts are composed, and the waitress who takes a cigarette break in front of the restaurant all 15min, it is complicated ... a lack of organisation. the burgers are bof, nothing crazy, especially with a cracked steak (at the same time we were not asked to cook ...). one lets one try with a dessert: the gourmet coffee, even at 8 euros, one wishes to know what is in it, the waitress knows a mignardise on the 4 ... (in the end it was not complicated that were mignardises of each dessert offered on the ^^^ card). It happens, it's not necessarily to our taste but as no one knew how to answer us ... at the end, to get rid of, the server asks us if we didn't like the remaining cake, so we say that it's not something we like: "ah but we had to say it when we order, we would have changed." yes, except your colleague was unable to remember the composition. We have to ask for the 2x addition because the first time we hadn't finished the coffee so he didn't want to give it to us ^ that's a shame, the card and the concept are nice, but it stops there.
We came here regularly to take a dessert, the lost bread was good and generous, a large slice of bread from the countryside. Now we have to be content with a large pile of industrial whipped with around five small pieces of baguette!! The same evil, the glass narrowed down but. The taken have remained the same!
