We regularly go to the Flo Brewery, for its luminous frame, "new art"...and its proximity. We often eat the same dishes (eighters,steak tartare,fish) but this time we tried summer dishes: mango sasade,tomates, zucchini,radis,very tasteful, everything was cut into thin lamella. Two small pieces of lobster too dry and rubbery were supposed to embellish the salad.... we could pass. A vegetarian dish:linguine with pesto and confit tomatoes, it is all seasoned. Dessert based on fresh, appetizing and baba with classical rum and well watered. well served, with a glass of sticky rosé that reminds of the holidays? pleasant evening, a little salty....as always!
As part of a smartbox hotel restaurant we have proposed the excelsior, ex brasserie Flo.Cadre 1920 very pleasant. Even if the kitchen is not a discovery, the sauerkraut is at the height of the reputation of this brewery.Choux and potato very tender and tasteful. the 3 sausisses have a very good taste even if they are a can closed.
We had a wonderbox prestige tables as a gift and this brewery participates. very good reception despite everything. Some servers are very nice but other antipathic. Very nice frame, retro-years 20 style with a beautiful glass dome. The meal is not bad but not special. The foie gras was served with very hard bread, the hard steak to chew despite my stirring cooking. steak tartare not bad but not exceptional. ice restaurant remains expensive compared to the culinary service. Go there once but not two.
Busy evening but well served.all waiters and servers were working overtime to keep up with the full dining room.
