De Brasserie - Strand

Relaxing afternoon on the terrace of the Brasserie...friendly staff....ha ing the oyster special 007Oyster...including a glass of either Lace S.Blanc or MCC Simonsig! Excellent Oysters from Namibia...all other starters sound great as well....steak tartar...pate...bouillabaisse...prawns...sushi...etc.....!Cheers Annette

Stunning place, friendly and very efficient staff, will recommend it to anyone and everyone and we will definitely be back!!!

We will be back, the service (waiter) was top class and our starters and dinner just perfect.. that home made bread and butter was a real winner. Our first of many more visits on Saturday.

What an amazing experience it was. Top class service with food to die for. I had the rabbit and my friend had the fillet steak. I would just use homemade fries. But that is just me.

Quite the jewel in the crown along the Strand esplanade. A varied, uncomplicated menu with choices to satisfy most tastes. Dishes are expertly prepared to perfection. One cannot help but save money to return for another gastronomic delight not yet savoured on previous visits.
