Bidrage med feedbackI absolutely love the food quality of the burgers and vegetables, everything tastes fresh and it's leagues better than most other fast food restaurants. The fries are more middle grade but that might be because I only order in the evening when they're not so fresh.
Teach your employees that customers can hear them through the window. I worked in food service so i understand sometimes people order something that’s not typical and you tell your coworkers about it and laugh. The issue is when you scream it so loud I can hear from my car. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and wasn’t told it was discontinued until I got to the window. Then the guy said we have grilled wraps and told me what was on them. I said can I get mayo instead of ranch. The girl in the back screams “MAYO ON A WRAP. WHY WOULD SOMEONE ORDER THAT!” Then as the guy was getting my wrap from her he says yum sarcastically. Like come on. I didn’t even want to order this item and wasn’t told until I was a the window what was on it. I get that’s not the usual but seriously it wasn’t that crazy in my opinion.
What’s up with people not getting orders right anymore like you are making us waste money and food because you get the stuff wrong. Worse than McDonald’s at this point they can never get anything right anymore and it starts with the staff and you know what I mean by that….
The last two times I have been to this Wendy’s I have had terrible customer service. I did a mobile order for curbside, I sat in my car for ten minutes after doing the steps the website asked me to do and then called the Wendy’s to find out they don’t have curbside pickup and I either need to go inside or go through the drive thru. (Would have been nice to know because I did have to go to work). I got inside and my order was still NOT READY. The second time I went I did a drive thru mobile order. I got to where you order and said hello. All I got was sass. IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB THAT MUCH QUIT. You should not be in customer service if you don’t want to be respectful.
Today was the third time I've tried going to this Wendy's after grocery shopping at Aldi and I've been stuck in the drive through line without exaggeration for 40 minutes. Absolutely bonkers.I guess I should be thankful we left instead of continuing to wait considering all the other reviews are about how terrible the food quality is.
