Panera Bread - Stow

I have been visiting this Panera very often for years and thoroughly enjoyed the cleanliness, friendliness and quality, but everything has changed for the worse!Now there are unprofessional people working here who I wouldn't let work on my cow farm either! Now this Panera is dirty, smelly and the workers have no dress code!! They look very dirty and sloppy and clueless !!This Panera is going down very fast, but I still think that a serious and experienced manager can change something for the better! Very, very disappointed!

The tables were dirty. but the main concern was we explained to give a bread that was chewable. we decided on blt. horrible was of money. untoasted. chilled ingredients but the bread we had to take off. was like old stale bread. we couldn’t tear with our hands. i took both plates to a manager. he just said next time get white bread instead of remaking. such a waste of money.

Food is never ready on time on rapid pick up always runs late!

The quality has gone down while prices have gone way up. Can't justify these prices for half meal fast food.

Update: The quality of the salads is declining. My Green Goddess salad was made solely with iceberg lettuce. The toppings were sparse and oldish. Totally disappointed.Previous review: Great fresh food
