Dunkin' - Stow

I visited this Dunkin' Donuts twice, and both times I ordered a Long John. They refused to accommodate my request, telling me they don’t have those and instead handed me a random doughnut. On my last visit, they gave me a cup of coffee with a loose lid, and I ended up spilling scalding coffee, which forced me to go to the ER. I highly recommend avoiding this Dunkin' at all costs.

Typically, I enjoy fantastic coffee and service here. It's usually quite bustling, especially in the mornings. However, they mixed up my drink twice this time, and I ultimately had to throw it away—this isn't something I usually experience.

I ordered a coffee, munchkins, and a cheese and bacon croissant and the sandwich was cold, cheese not melted and 3 pieces of broken bacon. I'm still mind blown

They had the best snacking bacon. My coffee was made perfectly. I was very happy with my visit. The staff was so nice.

To the girl who was working the window this morning, you are fantastic! I even asked for her name, but I, unfortunately, forgot it. She always puts a smile on my face whenever we visit! She's consistently friendly, kind, and outgoing, and she truly seems like an exceptional employee! Every time we come by, I hope to see her to bring some brightness to my mornings! She definitely deserves a raise or a promotion!
