Bidrage med feedbackTurned up following a booking confirmation on the open table app, which wasn’t even confirmed with the restaurant. Restaurant was very accommodating and managed to fit us in despite being extremely busy. Restaurant 10 out of 10, open table app zero out of 10. We weren’t the only booking to arrive that night either. Don’t rely on this app!!
Food come out 53 minutes after ordering it. Asked the waiter how much longer it would be, they replied ‘not much longer’ Steak wasn’t how I asked for it to be cooked. The sauce was stone cold, the children’s menu no classics vegetables. Won’t be returning any time soon
Disappointed that no small bottles, or on tap, mineral waters.

Haven’t been here for awhile after a less than great experience last time. This time was worse. Staff were overworked and weren’t looking after any table well. We had our starters on the table for at least five minutes before we got cutlery by which time it had gone cold. Several things had sold out including my first choice. I ordered an alternative. Our waiter returned to say that had sold out too and just stood over me expecting me to pluck another dish out of the air. We asked for another menu and he hovered over us waiting for me to make another choice. Drinks took ages to arrive. Meals came fairly quickly. Starters were passable if cold by the time we’d got cutlery. Main courses were awful. Side salads on the plates had shrivelled and wilted. Steak was cold and 40 percent fat/gristle. Southern fried chicken was like eating shoe leather. Vegetarian tart was cold and had tough pastry. Several other tables around also complained. Waiter was very apologetic and acknowledged there was issues. Won’t return.
