What makes this situation even more disheartening is that it wasn't just any employee; it was the owners. While I'm not sure of their names, the man who's usually there tends to make us feel rushed, as if he wants us to eat quickly and leave. He constantly watches us and starts sweeping the floor nearby, giving the impression that we should hurry up and go. I attempted to address this with him, but he misunderstood, thinking I was complaining about the $10 charge for taking leftovers home. That wasn't the issue at all. My best friend began visiting Susu after I recommended it, and I accompanied her a few times. However, during her last visit, she and her husband were treated very poorly by the owner—the lady who is also frequently present. They even felt that she might have confused them with someone else, as they couldn't understand the reason behind their harsh treatment. It breaks my heart because I truly love the food, and I want to keep coming back, but now no one wants to join me due to their past experiences with how they've been treated. I sincerely hope this situation improves.

When I called and said good afternoon, the person on the other end simply asked what I wanted. It came off as quite rude, especially since I was just inquiring about the price of the buffet, which is $35 by the way. No thanks.

They always tent to change my order when they don’t have something instead of ask if we would like to replace a dish . Many times this happened and I was at home already when I check the food. Check your food before leaving (take out)

This place would be wonderful if you want to go for a first date. Staff is so kind. The all you can eat is really good option highly recommend.
