Subway - Stouffville

Staff are very rude. Simply do not care about customers satisfaction. Will not return the other one in town is terrible as well. Next time I will be giving my money to the Canadian sub company competition Buyer beware, stay away!!

The food is always consistent as are the staff. Always ready with a smile. Great to go for a quick bite.

After having had multiple subpar experiences at this Subway location I have typically avoided it despite being in the area regularly during lunch – I was once again reminded today why. For lack of a better way to explain it, the staffs customer service skills are sorely lacking – they rush through transactions unnecessarily, asking questions to which they subsequently forget the answers received because they're rushing or distracted trying to rush customers through at warp speed - even when you're the only person in line! The same question is often asked multiple times - I had to repeat one part of my order no less than three times. VERY frustrating. The seating area was also a huge mess today, seemingly not cleaned up for hours - I watched one elderly couple come in after I was seated, find not a single table without food scraps or garbage leftover from what I'm guessing was an earlier lunch rush, and then turn around and walk out. Others reluctantly cleaned tables themselves in order to sit and eat. The food itself was acceptable, on par with any other middle of the line Subway location - the experience however, is consistently dismal. I will continue to avoid this location despite eating lunch 5x per week (every lunch) at various Subway locations - today, I had no other choice due to my schedule.

Great food from a clean location at a decent price!__Tried the sub of the day on Wednesday which was the sweet onion chicken teriyaki.
