Ordered a cappuccino and it was entirely weak. My cappuccino tasted like pure warm milk. Where is the espresso?

Staff is always friendly even when the line is crazy long. I rarely change my order and the taste it is consistent, making my start of the day great.

A good starbucks, usual selection of most common drinks and snacks. Always busy because of students. Fast service.

Location is perfect for those who attend or work at the Health Science Center or University Hospital or those who use the library. Unfortunately, tepid eggnog latte equals disappointment. Who serves a lukewarm hot coffee drink?
