Schlotzsky's - Stones Corner Australia

We walked into this location today at 1:30PM and stood at the front register for a good five minutes without seeing an employee. The employees that were working today thought it was MUCH MORE important to loudly engage in gossip in the back than provide customer service. We walked out and went next door. Never even saw an employee.

Ordered in the drive-thru over the weekend. The Cinnabon cinnamon rolls that we ordered were raw in the center, soup came without garlic bread and was lukewarm. Would’ve given better review if we weren’t asked to park and then given undercooked cinnamon rolls and incomplete order.

Didn't go instead but customer service at drive thru was fast. I recommend the fiesta chicken and BBQ chicken pizza

The customer service was very pleasant. The cashier was a nice young lady who explained the menu and helpful with my lunch selection!! Food was very fresh a 10 out of 10 hands down!!

Great sandwich.... That was from last review, But I'm inside this time and I'm impressed, They have a really warm and vibrant interior that looks comfortable. Well done Sandwich was great as always One complaint, I was asked to decide what value of tip to give right after I ordered. I'm a waiter and don't mind tipping, but when did the sandwich shop cashier suddenly deserve a tip? And more importantly why before I've been able to evaluate service and decide what kind of tip if any I'm gonna leave. It almost felt like extortion. Like well decide what your gonna tip and we will decide how we make your sandwich.. Please l.k when you changed this and I'll come back
