Yesterday I went to ihop on 4/20/24 our waitress was AWSOME , food was okay my kids enjoyed their food … we were already finished with our food when a little friend stopped by to our. Table a cockroach I was shocked a grossed out !! I didn’t know what to think my husband called it to a waiters attention but we payed an took off didn’t want to be there anymore . This was around 8 am in the morning , whole way back to my destination I was just thinking of the coakroach couldn’t think that happen so assuming there is a bad infestation in that location .

Took my son in last Sunday to have a little father-son time. Our waitress was very good and very pleasant. My complaint is that I ordered the bacon omelette and asked our waitress to please add poblano peppers to it. When the food came out everything was fine, except I noticed that there were no poblanos in my omelette as requested, when the waitress came around to ask us how everything was going I let her know that I think that the cooks forgot to put the requested poblano in the omelette. I asked if I could have a little side order of the poblanos in a bowl so that I could just put them on top of my omelette. Waitress came back a few moments later, and told me that the cook refused to give me a side order the poblano’s as they are only for the poblano omelette, she also said that the cook was screaming at her about the request. The cook did give her a small bowl of sliced jalapeños instead of poblano. Not sure what the big deal was about putting the poblano peppers in the omelette in the first place, and also getting upset with the waitress and refusing to provide a side order but whoever that cook is needs a major Attitude adjustment. Made the whole experience a bit uncomfortable for me and my son. Not sure we’ll return because of this.Edit: IHOP Manager, Charlie contact me, asked about our experience described above, apologized for the cook’s behavior, and invited us back in to make things right. I think that is all anyone ever wants when they have a bad experience and I appreciate Charlie calling. We will be back.

Stopped in just before closing. Service and food was great. We had breakfast sampler, turkey sandwich and cheeseburger along with mozzarella sticks.

We were looking at apartment hunting in the area and decided to stop at this location and grab some brunch. The service was good the food was okay.
