Eleanor 1909 Authentic Philly Cheesesteaks

This is a spot you HAVE to check out. This woman will single handedly (with very minimal help) rock your world. Recently relocated from broadway, she has taken over the kitchen at weathered souls brewery (make sure to call to verify the hours, as they're still working out the kinks of joining a new location). The deviled eggs are awesome, the cheesesteak egg rolls slap, and the wings are sauces up just right. Of course, the cheesesteaks steal the show--but I thought the other items should get some compliments too.

Read a lot of bad reviews. one saying it was bland. the other saying the bread was soggy. whoever said it was bland probably had the Rona and whoever said it was soggy.. where else you expect all them juices from the meat to go? thats sh*t was fire!!! huge portion can probably feed 2 people but this little skinny boi gotta eat so i inhaled the whole thing. Yall gotta try this. ?

Went to Somerset last night to finally get one of those steak cheese-we heard so much about.Ordered 5) steak cheese, cost was high $75.00 plus) We placed our order at 6:15pm and received it at 8:30pm it was ridiculous.When we finally unwrapped our order, not one of the cheese steaks were to orderThe bread was sooo soggy you couldn't pick it up. The steak was burnt what an awful taste, absolutely the worse sandwich we ever had. ALL the subs had to be thrown out, that’s how bad they tasted.

Really upset that we waited over 2 hours for our food in somerset. Got home and the sandwiches didn’t have the additional toppings we paid for ?. We spent $40 for 2 sandwiches after tip looking at $50! We felt bad it was just her running it but to wait that long and not have what you ordered was a bummer. We also had people from behind us getting served first .

The bread was SOOO soggy, and the steak meat was burnt, absolutely the worse sandwich I ever had.
